  ... it is NOT possible to contact the branch in Bad Lausick by telephone. You can try it for several hours (note: during opening hours), but you will fail. There is an urgent need for action here.

  As a wheelchair user you only get money during opening hours. That is simply insufficient for 2020. In addition, access is very difficult. When you enter through the back entrance, you find yourself in a dead end outside opening hours. Luckily there was someone standing outside so I could get out of the building. Another solution should urgently be found here. Bad Lausick has many rehabilitation facilities.
