::Worst bank ever! Entrenched and inflexible processes to the detriment of the customer. I had very bad experiences with the bank and would not recommend it to anyone.

::It really depends on who you go to. Staff definitely need training. I asked for a solution and the answer I got was: "That's just the law." It was 2 years of COVID and during that time the Sparkasse only closed branches and removed ATMs. There is no such thing as digitalization, you should always come along and that in this day and age. There are better banks with better service. There's no interest anywhere anymore anyway. So it's better to switch or not become a customer at all.
