  I feel very comfortable in this office. Friendly and helpful employees and also my advisor is always there for me, no matter what the issue is. The opening times, however, are great at other banks, as they also open in the afternoon and appointments are made.

  I feel very comfortable in the office. You can tell that the employees are authentic. Also to be addressed is Mr. Kratzer, who does his job as a branch manager very well. Kudos also go to the trainees. It is always a pleasure for me to go to the office and see the friendly staff. Even the penalty interest is worth something to me. The investment advice is really great. Here you are warmly welcomed as a customer.
