::An absolute disgrace. First I get the wrong appointment and am even sent to another branch for it. Then they send my mail all over the world and, after I asked the staff twice that I haven't received my mail yet, it suddenly ends up at my old address. The staff at the counter are so unsympathetic. The only thing that saves this branch is the advisor, who was really very helpful, but to get an appointment with him you first have to fight through the rude staff at the counter.

::The advisor at the Versbach branch seemed very competent to me, he was very knowledgeable about everything, including insurance and details about it, and can only be recommended.

::Only very limited opening times with staff, one of the two machines for withdrawing money was broken a few months ago, instead of repairing it it was simply removed so that there is only one machine left, which is why smaller queues often form. If all the advantages of branch banks are destroyed by the savings bank anyway, why shouldn't you simply switch to an online bank? I don't have an on-site advisor, but I have more ATMs from which I can withdraw money and better account conditions.
