Starting with Mr. Roman Franz; Everything went very smoothly, he was always available to answer any questions, very quick processing, really TOP. The second employee who definitely needs to be mentioned is Mr. Maichel Lüke! It was clear from the start that we were on the same wavelength. Very competent with a pleasant mix of ease and expertise. You just feel very well looked after.
