::What an unbelievable, super nice lady from Sparkasse Eisingen/Helmstadt just called us, Ms. Lenz should be referred to the Olmyp advisor. It's just amazing how friendly this lady was on the phone, her advice was simply top, the information was straight to the point so that you didn't have to ask any more questions because you understood everything perfectly what Ms. Lenz explained. The same praise also applies to the employees Ms. Kopjesko and Ms. Schneider, who both gave very good advice. I can only thank you again for this extremely friendly phone call that I was able to have with Ms. Lenz and the other two ladies. 5 stars from me for the Sparkasse/Mainfranken Eisingen/Helmstadt thanks to FR. ::I have to agree with Mr Hauser's assessment. Customer service has declined massively in the last 1-2 years. Subjectively, I also have the feeling that staff turnover has increased here. I asked several times by phone and email for an appointment or at least feedback from my (new) customer advisor. - None of my inquiries were answered in any way. I also found it very negative how the employees made disparaging comments about the affected customer in the presence of the customers. Professionalism definitely looks different to me.
