::Be careful when investing for the long term! I had a savings contract with a contractually agreed term. After I asked for interest that had not been paid enough, they only wanted to pay it out to me on the condition that I had to hand over all of my savings bank books and sign a contract not to disclose the incident. When I refused this, my savings contract was terminated, citing unprofitability for the savings bank (only the customer has a contractually agreed early termination right; the remaining term would have been two years). The Sparkasse does not act in the financial interests of its customers! Never again!

::Was at the headquarters today and wanted to open a savings account. No customers at the counter. The customer service lady told me that this is only possible with an appointment. And that would be on November 8th. Today is October 25th.

::Today, May 9, 2023, I was at the savings bank with my two sons at 4:30 p.m. The employee at the information desk condescendingly encouraged me to keep my sons (who were playing with the toys prepared for children) calm. (There was no screaming, raging or anything like that) If the savings bank has a problem with children, you should consider dismantling this equipment. My children, who have just been so extremely disruptive, will definitely not be able to open an account there, like I was assigned by my parents 22 years ago!!!

::I've never actually had any problems with this branch, but now that we need a credit card in a timely manner (because of a vacation), it's been "on the way" for 3 weeks... When you call to ask where it is, they simply have no idea - it's on the way somewhere, so we should contact DHL! We'll definitely change banks, it'll definitely be quicker than getting this credit card.
