  Weak. Want € 3.95 for withdrawals with cards from other banks. Not only is this unusual, it's also not okay because other banks don't charge these fees either. In any case, the Sparkasse receives money from outside customers from the bank of the withdrawing party. The 3.95 € is another margin on top. Edited because of the answer from the Sparkasse: Nevertheless, I can withdraw with my / my bank cards (direct banks, Volksbank etc) WITHOUT _this_ surcharge from other large banks / groups (e.g. cash group). So here it is quite obviously another Sparkasse special thing that does not make the institute more personable.
