  Great branch, staff always friendly. Waiting times are absolutely justifiable due to the current measures. Kudos to Ms. Heike A., who helped us very competently and with a lot of initiative with a major problem. Greetings from Straelen!

  I am currently very enthusiastic about how quickly my online banking was set up via mobile phone in the branch in Geldern. Ms. Amann was super friendly, took her time and explained everything to me in detail. Super 👍 I couldn't have done it so quickly on my own. Thanks again.

  Here you can rate the Sparkasse in Geldern? Good to know. I'll use that extensively and in detail if I still don't have any feedback by next week. Then 4 weeks have passed without feedback and this "service" experience should not be withheld from anyone who is interested in the quality of the branch in Geldern.
