You enter all the data on the property, costs, ancillary costs, equity availability and information in order to be as prepared as possible for the appointment, and you are told that no financing will be received without full coverage of the ancillary costs. So sorry, but you could have been so far when making an appointment on the phone and you could have saved travel and wasted time. I also have to mention that I felt patterned with looks. Yes, I wear a baseball cap and sweater and don't appear in a suit and tie, why adjusting. That is my subjective perception, of course, but I think I have enough knowledge of human nature. All in all, it makes an unprofessional impression.

::The employee in the Lobberich branch is unqualified as a consultant. She informed me unfriendly that I should open my portfolio myself if I did not invest more than 50,000 euros in individual shares. All amounts below the 5-digit range are too much of an expense for the Sparkasse. She wanted to sell me funds because it doesn't matter how much I invest. If I decide against the fund, I can have online custody accounts opened myself. I came to the Sparkasse better informed and had to get the information out of her myself and went out again in a bad mood due to her cheeky nature. This would be a reason for me to change banks.
