::Very rude / unprofessional staff, won't give names but here are a few examples: - A derogatory "What else?" let go if the profession was mentioned in a consultation, together with a suppressed smile. - Constantly interrupts / does not let you speak. - During consultations, almost without hesitation, people try to sell packages to the customer, even if they have nothing to do with the actual topic / one is not interested. - You are generally not taken seriously / Every mistake is basically your own fault, even if you do not have a feature in online banking, for example. (Will immediately fall in your mouth without you being able to get a word out at all). (It's a shame about the few employees there who actually mean well and also remain friendly)
