::Unfortunately, the lady at the counter wasn't that nice (and not for the first time) and tried hard. Unfortunately the problem was not solved and we had to call the branch in Kaiserslautern, where the lady on the phone was very friendly and everything was taken care of straight away. That's how it has to be.
