  The branch at Seestrasse 50 is one of the best and friendliest that I have had the pleasure of getting to know so far. You can come with any questions and they will be answered properly, friendly and competently and the employees will still be nice, even if you have to explain it several times. Keep it up !

  At this point I would like to thank the employees of this branch very much. We, my wife, I and our granddaughter were on vacation in the Scharbeutz area and it happened to me that my Ostseesparkasse debit card stopped working after I filled up my car with gas. I shamefully left the gas station after filling out various documents and acknowledging my debt in the direction of a savings bank. The employees at this branch recognized my problem and helped solve it across savings bank borders. Thank you again from Rostock. K.J.
