  Not a good experience. Out of about 10 employees, 9 are extremely unfriendly and partially incapable, so I had to point out a few points because they didn't know about it themselves. This should not happen, the customer is by no means king here! However, the machines are fully operational and there are also many, so you practically never have to wait. If you want to exchange money: do it everywhere, just not here. You get ripped off extremely. The course is not even mentioned when you deposit. From $ 763 I got € 666 back. This is the worst course there is. However, I was not informed about this in advance, and of course I couldn't cancel it afterwards. Brash rip-off. I have never seen a more opaque, unfriendly bank.

  A star to give a rating. Wanted to have changed a € 500 bill to pay at a gas station, since my gasoline was in short supply. The employee at the cash register made it clear to me that he could only help customers of his own savings bank .... Good service looks different !!!
