::I wanted to deposit money today; including a 5er note. However, since the note was a bit cracked and creased, the machine wouldn't accept the note, which is why I wanted to change it. The lady at the reception told me that there is no cash register in the branch. Sorry, but a BANK without a cash register?! Absolute no-go! In addition, the machines are constantly out of service and old. The Sparkasse in Garbsen has the newer ATMs. Much nicer and functional. No deposits are possible in the evening. Very strange branch in Berenbostel.

::I had to go to the branch today because of an online banking problem. The first thing I noticed was the very well controlled Corona locking principle!!! Top regulated, Security guard at the front door is very friendly. Just like all the other employees in the branch!!! But I especially want Ms. X, for yours great helpfulness, professional competence and genuine Kindness say thank you !!!!!!! I didn't have an appointment and Ms and answered my problem without waiting. More friendly, close customer service is impossible!!! After about 30 minutes of troubleshooting my app everything was fine again!!! They really take their time with the customer here. A top Sparkasse Hannover branch with great employees. ::Basically people who treat customers nicely. So far they have only ever tried to sell me products that might be good for the employee commission and the savings bank. Little to nothing for the customer. My 25 years of experience with this bank have proven that you can rely on your own mind and feeling and that you shouldn't always believe everything. Well, it costs a bit of learning money... when a bank reaches into your pocket. Now there's nothing left for me to get for them. Pay attention and turn your head on. 😉
