  Self service area is ok. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, especially lately.

  There are plenty of ATMs and there is also a cash register. Consultation appointments are available over the telephone.

  Anteroom with the completed transfer form readable by everyone!!! Banking secrecy / data protection??? As of today, January 21st, 2022, there has been no remedy from the Sparkasse!!! There are new transfer slips lying around there every day!

  Incredibly bad service! They can't even pay me my money. I recommend everyone not to go to Sparkasse, I'm now switching to Commerzbank. At least she's on my side! And don't send me to another part of town! 😠😠😠😠
