::The scheduled call never came. Apparently it was not possible to change your account to a cheaper tariff, instead you received a letter with a price increase. The Albanian consultant is also keen on commission. -5 Stars

::Dreadful service, now only open 0900-1300 all week. Also this bank has closed ATMs this making more difficulty outside their limited opening hours. Very poor.

::The staff was unfriendly and not exactly helpful, in Coppenbrügge the Sparkasse Weserbergland is better at giving advice and has a nice, helpful specialist staff who are also happy to help. If you really need help, you should go to the Sparkasse in Coppenbrügge.
