::Phone calls, on-site visits and yet accounts were not blocked and information exchanged on the phone was forgotten ("What, we spoke on the phone and I wanted to get in touch?"). In terms of friendliness, it's completely fine, only there are problems with some business processes, but the employees can't do anything about that.
