::I agree with the previous speaker. The Sparkasse argues that the high costs result from the service. That they have so many branches and contacts. The branch is only open two days a week. So I ask myself where is the service? Where is the contact person? Must revise the opening times. There is no one in this branch anymore and it was merged with the Volksbank. The machine breaks down every other week and so cash withdrawals are rarely possible. Paying cash into the account is also not possible, all in all a mess.
