  I really wanted to deposit cash into my account and a red-haired lady around 60 told me in a snippy tone: "I should do this at the vending machine, because there is supposed to be no cash register anymore pay in. " I had to ask for it several times and the lady just did not want to do her job. Very outrageous customers to send away even though the machine had 5 customers and I was the only customer at the counter. I am very angry about it and think that one can expect from his bank more competent and friendlier staff ... As farewell I got the sentence ..: "It was not too much for me" ... Very nice ....
