  I have been a customer of the Sparkasse in Ilmenau for over two decades and have been absolutely satisfied over the years without exception. There were never any problems, the help was always quick, uncomplicated and friendly, even if you came two minutes before closing. This also applies without restriction to my advisor.

  The staff tries to serve the customers as quickly as possible. Large parking lot nearby.

  Despite providing my immatrikulation certificate and everything to prove myself as a student, they deliberately opened wrong account type. I was charged for every transaction even for withdrawing money from sparkasse ATM. total and deliberate fraud. Not recommended
