::With all understanding for the problems with these "I......" with their blowing up of ATMs, on the other hand the customer should not be the one to suffer. Why on earth aren't other options used to protect buildings? In the meantime, as a customer, you will soon no longer be able to get cash, which I certainly do NOT want to or will not do without. In addition, so many branches are already closed or their service hours are so limited that you no longer know where is still open and where you can get to the ATMs. In this branch I was at least so lucky that not all ATMs were switched off around 2:30 p.m. on a weekday; However, only those that only issued large bills were open (I don't like those at all). The other day I was standing in front of the main branch in Eschweiler and couldn't get to the ATMs because there were "no opening hours"; It was quite embarrassing for me and probably also means that from Friday lunchtime to Monday morning you can no longer get any cash. So please, dear savings bank board, use other security systems, such as paint, to protect the ATMs and buildings. You should also be aware of other systems, but trying to “cure” us customers of cash like this is unreasonable and will not work. Despite everything, I still enjoy being a Sparkasse customer, even after decades.
