::I've been a customer for over 30 years, but what's been going on in the last few years......?! Any disruptions in the self-service area during a tour. Today (February 28, 2022) there was no cash in all ATMs. And that's just one example. Customer proximity was “immensely” improved by converting the entire branch into a dry aquarium. The day when I change banks is getting closer. P.S. wanted to drop off my change today, closed Tuesday and Thursday. Only by appointment. Make the cancellation clear, I'm changing banks. You don't want customers, you don't get customers. Yesterday I made another attempt to get rid of my change. The young lady said: but it costs €5.50. I kept my change for the time being. In the self-service area I wanted bank statements. A machine had a note: bookings possible, printouts not. There was a service technician in the second machine and a grandma at the third machine. I got my statements there. When leaving the bank the service said. : The machines are all the same, you can also get statements at this one (with the slip). I then said: What about that note, is it hanging there for fun? Oh no, forgot. Then I gave the change to the competition. For €0.00.

::Never again! You can now have “planned technology outages” almost every month, or this time (July 12th-13th, 2019) they call it “planned system shutdowns”, during which you essentially stand in front of the bank counter with your hands tied and can’t get your money, or any ongoing ones can cover costs and that throughout Germany! In addition, there is one of the most arrogant customer services of all time; here alone, this bank has been on a constant decline in recent times. I've never experienced such amateurish underground occurrences at any bank before, so definitely not a recommendation. The worst bank ever!
