::The branch is clean and tidy. You give it 2 stars, but the staff at the counter is very rude and arrogant. I had a question about my credit card, but the young man at the counter couldn't answer it. Instead I got strange looks. His colleague, who was standing 1m next to him and staring at his screen, must have heard the conversation but didn't react. When asked by his young colleague, he managed to look over briefly with a devalued look and said that he didn't know either. Then the 'great' conversation was over and I left the branch without any answers. Customer appreciation and problem solving are definitely different. Maybe the gentlemen would have shown more commitment if I had a 7-figure amount in the account. It's time to change banks.

Especially when it comes to finances, you like to have a personal contact and you can find them here.
