After 35 years, this bank is over and doesn't come close to living up to its stated customer orientation!

::I can't understand many of the negative reviews here. I have been a Sparda customer for years, first in Hesse, Hamburg and now Hanover for a few years. Service and expertise on site were always impeccable. In my opinion, the Sparda offers clear advantages over the alternatives. Recommendation from me!

::I would like to warn potential new customers about this bank. Many appointments to discuss concerns are then rejected on the grounds that the employee is on vacation and there is new software. Customer service is different. In addition, there are poor self-service areas that are not open at 6 a.m. as promised.

::They don't have a serious working culture. They ignore emails. The hotline is a joke. They say they will call you but never do it. The fax number they send does not exist. Unfortunately I did not face a single positive aspect with this bank.
