  I can't understand the negative reviews at all! The on-site staff are always friendly and courteous; my concerns are always dealt with quickly and competently. My entire family also feels that they are in good hands here.

  Very friendly young staff. My concern was dealt with competently and promptly, and I was given a transparent explanation. Thanks to the patient young employee.

  Unfortunately very unfriendly to the customer. The employee didn't want to help me. Only after the information that the service hotline asked me to visit a branch, I was reluctantly helped with my request. The employee seemed arrogant and not at all emphatic.
