::Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience there in terms of help and service ... sometimes very unfriendly and condescending in my opinion ... you should now pay a fee of € 5 if you forgot your card to pick up money ... somehow cheeky ..a pity..

::Am disappointed!!! I made a transfer, but the recipient turned out to be a fake company. Nevertheless the bank is not able to get the money back ... the Volksbank and the Sparkasse can do that !!! Why???
