::Unfortunately, I still have a negative rating for this branch ... We have been waiting for a bankcard for 3 months (!!!!!). After an inquiry by email, the clerk called and said the colleagues are 3 months behind but he has now arranged the dispatch 🤦♀️, so no backlog after all ???? Competence is something else 🤷♀️. At least think of other excuses when you're kidding customers like that ...
