::Apart from the fact that the new account model is impossible, we are currently also having other problems with the bank. We have been waiting for a simple document for 2 months which, according to our own statement, takes 3 weeks to process. Nobody can be reached who would be responsible. I haven't been able to access my account for 5 days because I had to reset my phone and received the security code for unlocking the app in the mail. Sometime. We feel left alone and that is important when it comes to finance. This is unacceptable to us and so we change banks.

::As of July 1st, 2020, Sparda Berlin has an account model that is highly anti-social, because it only promotes people who take out insurance, pension contracts, construction finance, savings contracts or loan contracts with Sparda Berlin. So if you have no money for additional insurance, as a pensioner you no longer need retirement provision, you do not want or have no home ownership, you cannot raise money to cover it and you do not need a credit card or personal loan, you must pay the full account fees. For this purpose, the members of the cooperative are simply presented with fait accompli - without prior contact or further information about the necessity. Letters to the Chairman of the Management Board and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board remain unanswered. There is only one answer to this behavior: change of bank and exit from the cooperative. Hopefully many people at Sparda Berlin are now showing the red card!
