::Yesterday we took our son to the emergency room at the children's hospital at around 11 p.m. because of severe abdominal pain and a hard stomach and were able to register immediately. Registration was friendly. Our son vomited in the waiting room and the staff immediately cleaned the floor. Even after that everyone was still friendly. After about 10 minutes we got to the first treatment room, where the vital signs were checked. The doctor's assistant was friendly to our son and answered our questions calmly and kindly. We were then allowed to go to the doctor's room, where our son was examined for the first time by a very friendly doctor after about 10 minutes. Basically, everyone there told our son exactly what they were doing next and so the examination was carried out lovingly and with our child's consent. He even allowed himself to be pricked twice. We had the feeling that even though it was “just” a case of severe stomach pain, we were taken seriously and looked after conscientiously. We also found the atmosphere in the waiting area friendly and calming, considering that you are in an emergency room in the hospital. Thanks to all involved. Family Schön

::Yesterday I took my little son to the children's hospital because of stomach pain and a hard stomach. And was horrified by the doctor's actions. And the sisters partly. My son was only listened to and not even felt on his stomach and examined more closely. Just because I mentioned before that he often suffers from constipation. If an enema was given after a closer examination, it was by no means child-friendly. I'm horrified!!!

::My 18-month-old child was thrown out of the hospital after vomiting 17 times after just one night with just a quarter of a bottle of information! We were given no blood values, no proper doctor's note, there was no proper examination to make a diagnosis! A day later at home she was so dehydrated that if we hadn't gone to another hospital she would have died!!! And when I just spoke to a sister about it on the phone and told her the rest of our story, she just hung up and said she didn't feel like it!!! Thanks to my legal protection, this clinic is being reported for failure to provide assistance!

::Even one star is too much. Our pediatrician sent us there. We were there with our 1 1/2 year old daughter because of probably pain in the hand/arm area. The registration process went relatively quickly, but then we were left sitting in a room for over 3 hours. Nobody even looked after us. After I asked when things would continue, I was told there would only be one doctor there, etc. She inquired. But there was no information there either. Then after 3 1/2 hours we just left.

::I came to the emergency room with my 4 year old daughter with a fever of 40.3. Two more were ahead of us and then we were able to register. Immediately after registering in the triage room (that's what it was named), my child was checked by a nurse and then we were allowed into a room. We had to wait about 3 hours until the doctor came to our room, but I can understand that because two emergencies came in during this time and had to be brought forward. Despite all of this, a nurse would always come by and check on my child. Super nice and accommodating. We would be happy to come to you if we need you again.
