::Great location for rail travel. Luxurious toilet room, helpful staff. My wife and visited on our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is luxurious and the staff was very helpful even when we had travel delays. Front desk had great options for dinner suggestions

::We ordered dinner via room service and it was phenomenal! The beds were very comfortable and they offered turn down arrive. The room size was just right for our family of 4. A must stay in Munchen.

::My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in a “superior room”. Very convenient location and a nice size room, but the room did not match expectations advertised from the website. It was unfortunately a lot older, tired, and not the cleanest. Also, the customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful during our stay. Overall Sofitel Munich seems more like a 3 star hotel to us.

::The hotel has a superb construction/finishing and a great architecture. Restaurant is average but expensive, making it not a good value, but not a big deal as there are many restaurants nearby. Next to the central train station, so very convenient. Excellent staff and special kudos do Alex, the clerk.

::Great location and great service. Mr Kopsch helped our check in, he is very professional and offered us one free drink at the bar while we are waiting for the room ready. When we come back from shopping , the luggage is ready in the room. It is very close to the train station, so good to stay there if you are travelling next day.
