::The sofa arrived in December and it’s absolutely beautiful, I love it. It has beautiful color, very nice material, it looks very stylish and high-quality. This sofa model is not for sinking into it and sleep all day, it is rather for sitting and chilling, and comfy enough for watching TV or playing games. Initial message with 3 star rating due to delivery time unclarity: I ordered one sofa on the 12th of October and I’m very keen on receiving it. It looked beautiful in the showroom. I know they told me 11 weeks delivery on total but I feel a bit left alone now after 6 weeks wondering if I will have my sofa before the New Years. 0 updates ever since. Not a single mail after the confirmation mail. Is this normal? So I looked for reviews and now reading the waiting stories I’m worried even more if I will see my sofa this year. Let’s see, I’m not particularly happy with the waiting experience so far..

::Sofa arrived and I loved it. Now 8 months later is has developed pilling and I was sent a shaver to shave it off and was told that this is normal and that it comes from the surrounding fabrics. However the 4 year old armchair has not developed ugly pilling. Quite disappointing that the quality of the fabric is so bad that it does not even last a couple of years without looking shabby,

::Great quality furniture but poor delivery service! I ordered a dining table online from Sofacompany on September 21st 2018. I was told it will be delivered in 3 weeks. I am still waiting for the table. The delivery appointment was cancelled 3 times and rescheduled thrice. The new date I have been given now is 23rd October 2018. They use Rhenus for delivery service. There were miscommunications between Sofacompany and Rhenus and incorrect information was communicated to me several times. This needs to be improved. Highly frustrating! ____ Sharing an update to me previous post - I received my table finally and am absolutely thrilled about it! As expected the quality is impeccable and it looks stunning. I appreciate that Sofacompany took the initiative and effort to resolve the problem with the delivery. Thank you.

We were told a custom order would take 8 to 10 weeks to arrive. 18 weeks later, we have had few email updates, except to say that it will be later than expected, again. I maintained my excitement for 12 weeks, then 14 weeks, but now the pleasure of waiting has died.
