    Leuk museum, maar niet geschikt voor mensen met een beperking (geen liften en veel trappen). Het gebouw op zich oogt als een voormalig DDR-bouwwerk met hier en daar wat minder onderhoud. Collectie is omvangrijk, maar niet uniek. Er is geen parkeerruimte in de omgeving aanwezig.

    Dieses Haus der Schifffahrtsgeschichte muß man gesehen haben. Unter der tollen Führung des Vereins, der übrigens ehrenamtlich arbeitet, ist es liebevoll geführt. Das Personal ist immer bemüht, alles zu erklären und zu zeigen. Dieses Haus muß man gesehen haben !!!!
