::Bad service. The ladies are nice but the guy in charge is horrible. I book online for 8 seater car automatic. But he said I booked online a day before hence no such car. Then why do you allows that booking online ? Just for information automatic car for 8 seaters online is more expensive than manual transmission. He isn’t kind and kept blaming the customer for booking online last night, I don’t see the relevance. Customer should not be responsible for your system mistake. Just saying. Try to avoid. Go to Europcar at Alexanderplatz, they are really nice and very professional.

::Habe mein Wagen bei Frau Meyer gebucht, wurde freundlich beraten und eine Gute Fahrt gewünscht, Rückgabe auch bei Ihr ebenfalls ein freundlicher Empfang. 5 Sterne für Sie. Das Parkhaus ist leider eine Qual. Ich habe noch nie solch enge Durchfahrten erlebt, daher 1 PUNKT abzug in der Gesamtwertung.

::One of the best service for car rental. Though I have faced initially problems related to terms and conditions, so better clear your doubts if you have any. They are available for your help. Also, I would like to bring to notice to sixt that a more detailed information regarding terms and conditions should be presented while someone book a car. One such example is when it say inclusive of xxx kms there is always a doubt to people who is supposed to pay fuel amount.

::I usually use Sixt wherever I travel to, a good combination of price, cars and service. However, this place is a joke. I arrived with the staff screaming and swearing at each other because of some drama or problem they had, slamming phones and screaming. I booked for a car for later, which is fine, I arrived early to see if I can get a car that’s available, she tells me angrily that it’s not possible till later. I tell her I understand but wondering if there is anything available despite the fact. She goes on making faces and passive aggressively tells me to sit down. For a company this size their employees act like upset children. Also notice that to German customers her attitude changes, excuse me for being a foreigner and needing to rent. Surprise that there are foreigners wanting to bring money to a car rental business. Entire time dealing with two seemingly incompetent staff sighing loudly and irritable.

::Leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich habe eine Langzeitmiete bei Sixt, insgesamt werden es fast 12 Monate sein. Abgesehen davon, dass man regelmäßig den Wagen tauschen muss (wegen irgendwelcher internen Regelungen die mich als Kunden nicht interessieren), ist das Verhalten mancher Mitarbeiter untragbar. Um 7:56 Uhr ruft dieser mich an und fordert, in einem super unfreundlichen Ton, mich auf, den Wagen noch am selben Tag zurück zu bringen und gegen einen neuen zu tauschen. Als wenn ich den Tag nur auf den Anruf von Sixt warten würde und sonst nichts zu tun hätte. Kundenfreundlichkeit gleich Null. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden. Gleiches unfreundliches Verhalten beim Anruf über die Kundenhotline. Wenn man Sixt vermeiden kann, sollte man dies tun.
