  The Sixt branch in the main train station is difficult to find, there is no sign where it says that the key issue is in the DB service station. The interior of the car was not cleaned.

  The pick up station was a little difficult to find. A clearly visible sign from Sixt at the station entrance that you have to contact the DB Service Center would have helped me quickly.

  Initially there was a big mess with the reservation where I had to pay more than double for a mistake in the extras during the online booking. That was then also debited from the credit card, but at least everything was corrected until the final billing. I was very satisfied with the vehicle and returning it via the Maritim Hotel in Magdeburg is very easy. Still two points deduction because the initial chaos really annoyed me and I had to worry the whole time during the vacation whether there would be further problems or not. Fortunately, everything ends well ... but the service chaos doesn't have to be.

  The rental of the vehicle on the DB Travel Center has worked very well and without any problems. The waiting time for a free switch was short, as 4 out of 6 switches were open. There is a star deduction, because on the website a 24h return was expelled, but I was informed locally, that was not possible. The vehicle was standing nearby in the parking lot and was in top condition. The return was just as easy.
