::I book any standard economy car 1 month ago (I dont care which one) and when I turn up they don't have one there. So I need to drive to another Sixt to pick one up myself. Wahnsinn. Here's an idea, why don't you have one of your staff drive it between offices and not have me waste an hour and a half of my life to do your job without pay.

::The desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional; I often find the garage staff less so. They upgraded me to a beautiful car this time. I wish they had check-in staff in the garage, so I wouldn't have to walk back to the desk after parking.

::The desk person provided good service and was reasonably fast, but this location had a poor selection of vehicles and what we'd reserved wasn't available so we were given something I would consider inferior, overall.

::Service was good. SIXT employee got the car for us and walked us through a quick introduction. Return: No issues but parking is a little tight. Just tell them if you have car insurance with your credit card and decide on the insurance they usually add.
