  Catastrophic to chaotic-seeming way of working. Agreed viewing appointments are either canceled at very short notice or are not even noticed by the employees of the branch office. This is followed by apologies with hair-raising reasons. Emails remain unanswered, customers are dishonest. All in all, a little professionally operating branch with barely noticeable interest in the interests and the satisfaction of their customers. I would not even give this company a toilet house to manage.
