The customers who rate the employees in this way is a great cheek because for months the employees of the Shell petrol station have only been lightning rods and it is precisely the customers who write such negative reviews. it is only hit at the employees and then pointed with the finger. the customers who are in such a mood should first return to their own door before they give a rating to the Shell petrol station in Jena and please stay with the truth. To the lady with the payment by card, one waited until the payment process was completed and it wasn't easy !! It is not an employee's fault, it is you.

  I can understand that you are frustrated when you have to work in a gas station, but taking it out on the customers is the very last thing. The card payment went as usual, I was just about to leave without a receipt ... "STOP ... EY STOP" ... I beg your pardon? How does he talk to me? Apparently something was wrong with the payment. You can certainly say that in a friendly way ?! If I look at the other negative reviews, maybe. The next training course for employees should be a course on dealing with people!

  Unfortunately for the most part very incompetent, unfriendly and more than unsympathetic staff. Service is something else. If I dealt with customers like that, I wouldn't have long work.
