::Unfortunately, telephone calls are not answered, but are simply hung up in order to save work. Bad customer service. The call was made on September 24th, 2023 shortly before 1 p.m.

::Was there a few months ago to buy a prepaid card for Netflix. I was served by a slightly older, blonde-haired woman. Her politeness was completely exaggerated, especially the tone of her voice. I've never been treated so scornfully before, totally unpleasant

::The Hermes service doesn't work at all!!! There are always new “rules” that are incomprehensible. Air costs money - without words!! Unfortunately, in my opinion, the employees are not very friendly either. The one star is for the car wash!
