  The key copy was made too thick, so it doesn’t work. I probably won’t make it back to this area for another week or two to ask for a replacement. I really wish that the shopkeeper was more thorough for a 9€ key copy.

  I would give no stars if I could. What a ripoff, not to mention the worst customer service ever. Went to pickup keys today that someone had dropped off and when I commented that he was overcharging he went ballistic. Swore at me and threatened to hit me. Literally raised his fist and told me not to raise my voice. To top it off he didn’t want to give me a receipt at the end. I bet they are cheating on MwSt.

  The WORST possible place to make your keys. Non existent after service or guarantee. I paid 40 euros to duplicate a key, 3 weeks later I went to open my door, i put the key inside and half of the key detached itself and stayed in the lock. It came off like a piece of butter (see picture) !! I went back to the shop the same day with the receipt, the employee told me that he didn't know how to make key, only his boss who was in Istanbul did, so I had to wait for another week. After a week I went back to the shop and the boss told me that it was "my problem", that he "makes the best quality keys" and that if i wanted another one I had to pay 40 euros again. He walked away in the middle of the conversation, intolerably disrespectful and unprofessional.
