::The low rating is attributed to two primary reasons. Firstly, the room I stayed in was excessively cold, almost as if it hadn't been heated at all. Despite having the radiator on high throughout the night, there was minimal improvement by morning, and it still felt like 15 degrees. Secondly, when I was ready to check out, the receptionist observed me heading towards the desk but still left for a 15-minute absence.

::Quiet, clean, near the forest 💚 This is a great place to stay with families. The breakfast is included and nice! There are pancakes 🥞 sometimes 🌞 If you are in Leipzig for a game at the RB Arena, 🏟️ the 7 Tram ist just 200m away and will bring you directly. 💯 recommend to have a drink! The barkeeper is so friendly and can mix great drinks 🍷 ✨

::The fitnessroom is a joke guys. At least a treadmill I wished for and some space. The personell is friendly tho and the price excellent for what you getting. The breakfast was outstanding too.

::The room was nice and clean and the receptionists were really nice and helpful. We left at early in the morning but we could take our breakfast in a lunchbag with us which was also a nice gesture but unfortunately even though we’ve asked it to be dairy free, you gave my boyfriend a peanut snack that contains cheese powder, while he’s got a really serious dairy allergy. Also I asked for a vegetarian lunchbox but you gave me Haribo which is made from gelatin. I hope you’ll be more careful next time but except for this inconvenience, everything was fine.

::I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided during our recent stay at your hotel in Leipzig. Upon our arrival around 11:45 pm, my family and I were met with travel fatigue and exhaustion, especially my children who were visibly tired and even in tears. The receptionist helped us with the check in process and handed us our room keys. However, to our disappointment, the condition of the room did not meet our expectations. Once we made ourselves comfortable and put the children to sleep, we noticed an unpleasant smell in the room, as well as piles of hair on the floor and cobwebs on the walls. We promptly reported these issues to reception that same evening, hoping for a satisfactory resolution or alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, our concerns were not addressed and no effort was made to improve our situation. When checking out the next morning, we raised the matter again but were met with indifference. We felt our complaints were disregarded and our experience was not pleasant. I am writing this opinion not only to express my disappointment, but also to encourage you to take action to prevent similar situations in the future.
