  If you don't want to spoil the vacation mood don't stay at this hotel. Very rude receptionists. Had an issue with Lufthansa ground strike so they charged us full price but also gave our room to someone else. Didn't want to accommodate anyhow and gave us free bottle of water as a compensation for their nightmare service. The worst experience we've had so far in Europe. Very disappointed.

  Unusual experience. I was stuck in Wiesbaden due to a snow storm and needed a place to stay. I found the Select hotel and booked online. So far, so good. When I arrived the computer was down: no check-in, no credit card and no room key. The staff was very friendly and needless to say very apologetic and got me into a room very quickly. The room was very comfortable, basic but nicely done. No WLAN, though, due to the computer failure. After a good night's sleep, I went down to check out... No computer, no payment possible. So I left and wonder if they're going to get paid.

  It’s a budget hotel when it comes to price but service is really good, clean room with good pillows and a well functioning climate control. Good water pressure in the shower and a breakfast that had most of what you need (but no omelettes). We stayed here with our dog who was warmly welcomed. This is a hotel that I will happily stay at again as there is everything you need to a reasonable price!

  Fantastic location. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice and modern. Only critique: definitely no accommodation for disabled people. Parking g garage is a good bit away, about a 5 minute walk back to the hotel, after you park. Nearly impossible for someone disabled. There should be at least one or two disabled parking spots right outside the hotel.

  Nice room, fantastic location and great customer service. Very good rate as well. Extremely clean and comfortable which was amazing. Only thing that is negative is that the room I stayed in was supposed to be nice and quiet but there was a lot of sound coming through the vents from other rooms. Unfortunately, that means I had to listen to an extremely loud argument in the middle of the night and the same people slamming doors in the hallway and yelling. This isn’t the fault of the hotel, but sound proofing the vents or the hall-facing walls would go a long way in making it comfortable. Other than that amazing hotel, will be staying again.
