::Oriana and the team were very prompt in dealing with a UK delivery issue. DHL did not deliver the parcel but Oriana refunded the amount to me, for which I was very grateful. DHL are to blame and should be ashamed as Luke Shop is a small family run business who have borne the brunt of the loss whereas DHL could not be bothered to respond to the query over delivery.

Last time I had to return boots because they were too small, and I had no problem, I had my money back in a couple of days time. The online client service is always very nice and helpful, and responds to e-mails quickly. I do recommend.
