  5 stars for the young women who work there (and the boss) who say "Hello", "Please" and "Thank you" and treat customers like customers. The rest should ask themselves whether a job with direct customer contact is right for them. You feel like you're interrupting their coffee chat behind the cash register. Customers with questions are initially ignored until their private matters have been discussed. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. You can also get tobacco and stationery elsewhere.

  The employee was very unfriendly and rude. You have to feel guilty when you have a completely finished return.

  Please indicate opening times until 7:00 p.m. on the Deutsche Post collection card and close at 6:30 p.m. Completely ignoring someone knocking on the door at 6:31 p.m. Rudest!
