  It was about a year ago, I booked an appointment per phone call and when I arrived, the unfriendly hairdresser told me, that my appointment was canceled after she saw me opening the door. I was asking why and how? She answered that my mother has called her and told her that I cannot make it to the appointment, funny thing, I am a student in Dresden and none of my relatives are here, nor do they know that I am going to the hairdresser, why should they? There was no way someone has canceled this appointment since I was new in the city. The hairdresser even said, that she already has another person coming for my appointment. After arguing with her, she finally said fine, she will cut my hair.. in this hour, no other person came into this salon. Maybe she wanted to reject me because of racial looks, no offense, but as she saw me, she directly said that this appointment is not happening. On the other hand, there are more reviews on this page about appointsments called off by the haircutter. Let's get to the haircut, I told her how I want my hair, as always. She did not talk, she did not ask if everything is fine, nor did she offer me anything. She did not even apologize about the problem before or anything. The haircut was acceptable but since there was no service at all, it was just really unpleasant sitting there and watching what she does to my hair. The cut took barely 6-8 minutes, there was no quality in it. She just cut my hair, as if she was speedrunning something, as if she wanted to get rid of me. The pricing was ridiculous as well, I do not remember the exact amount but it was about 20 Euros which I had to pay. I would really pay this amount of money but only if the hairdresser is nice, gives me the full service, makes me feel welcome and home and asks me if everything about the cut is fine, just how it should be. All in all, unfriendly, not welcoming, no service, no conversation, overpriced for all the things missing, I totally regret going there and paying them. I just wanted a simple haircut and they managed to make it as hard as possible.

  Hier ist nur Pony schneiden nicht möglich. Dieser Service sei nicht vorgesehen, auch nicht gegen Bezahlung. Weder in die Trinkgeldkasse noch regulär.
