Because the employee was sick, my appointment was canceled one day in advance and I was assured of a call back. Unfortunately, this callback was not made. Emails will be responded to with a delay of approximately 14 days.

::Doesn't even deserve a star. Both employees were unfriendly and incompetent. After 6 weeks of waiting for a 15-minute appointment, you as a customer are simply fobbed off and questions remain unanswered. Customer service is nonexistent. It's best to find another bank as quickly as possible!
