::Very easy to reach by public transport, but as a branch it is no longer even open on a daily basis. Unfortunately, Sparda SW is losing more and more of what it used to emphasize.

::ATM, self-service banking device, statement printer. There really isn't anything else here. Door lock has been broken for ages so everyone can get in. You don't feel very safe there. Smelled like vomit and urine for a good while thanks to the open door combined with vagabonds.

::A bank that can only be reached by its customers by telephone via a service center. If you want to speak to a bank employee you will be brushed off. Everything can be done online or by phone. Didn't they think about the older ones? You get the feeling that the bank's customers are a nuisance. The cheerful employees in the service center treat you condescendingly. No more service...what happened to the good old Sparda Bank...a shame

::Absolutely impudent how the trainee has his hands in his pockets when talking to customers. The other employees see this, but no one says anything. Is this perhaps a signal of what Sparda thinks of its customers? And...the behavior is no exception. I'm there more often. He always has one hand in his pocket. Disrespectful.

::The hotline is a joke. There is no service employee available throughout the day. As a customer you are not even allowed to wait but are thrown off the line with the announcement “please call again at a later time”. Bad customer service is very important here. Sad.
