::Both transfer machines are not working again. Both have the same error message. Happens far too often and really raises doubts about regular maintenance. It's a shame because I've been a very satisfied customer for decades.

::2/2 ATMs are now out of service. To withdraw money, I can recommend the VR-Bank 100m down the street or the one on Elbestrasse. Only one ATM had been working for months. Now you can just about print out account statements.

::After more than ten years as a Sparda Bank customer, I have now decided to turn my back on this company. To name a few reasons for this: poor or no accessibility at all, unfriendly and overwhelmed employees (!), constant problems with eBanking. If you're looking for service and customer-oriented action, you're unfortunately completely out of place here. The icing on the cake was a request for a common form where I received two different statements from two employees. How can it be that I spend days trying to get a clear statement on this? Everything is done via the hotline; it is impossible to reach someone at their regular branch. Not to mention the waiting times on the phone... all in all very sobering. Things were different a few years ago, because I felt in good hands and at home at Sparda. I think something has to change here.

::Bank card was confiscated once for no reason, then got a new one. I was told that the account had been unblocked and then the new card was also withdrawn "for security reasons". I then asked an employee who was unfriendly and annoyed and said that the owner for whom I was supposed to get account statements should come by. Very unfriendly and annoyed. Said you're lucky I'm still here. Sparda bank isn't what it used to be. Today they're just a pile of rubbish!

::After the great new online banking system was introduced, I unfortunately have to change banks. The system is a step backwards. I'm someone who doesn't want to use apps for online banking and is therefore completely lost. The website is not optimized for mobile devices! This can no longer happen at the beginning of 2020. You can no longer see at a glance what sales you had in the last 4 to 8 weeks, only those in the last 7 days. The setting up to 4 weeks is not saved. For more than 4 weeks you have to request a tan. Now I have the problem, since I'm going on vacation tomorrow, I wanted to do a little online banking. The registration on the website was successfully carried out via Tan. Now I made a number change in the tan to rebook and my cell phone number was immediately blocked. I should contact my bank on a public holiday, as of tomorrow I will be abroad. You can forget the hotline for things like this: "For data protection reasons you can't help me, I should go to the branch. For working people that means it has to wait until Thursday. I can't even log in anymore. "The session ended for one of the following reasons - technical reasons" You can also forget about the branch, I wanted to have a copy of my master's certificate certified for KfW Bank, the nice lady at the counter said "that's a bank for private individuals, but that has to do with business, unfortunately I can't do that." Then I had to go to LBBW in Mainz “they do something like that”. Now I can understand that my grandmother always said "I'd rather have the money under the pillow, like... from the bank". In 2020 we are looking for a new bank, I have Sparda ready.
