  worst service ever. I really don't know if it is in the mentality of the people in general here, or if it was just like this in Saturn in Stuttgart. To buy 6 different things I needed, I had to go to 4 different employees inside Saturn. Naturally this took time, so because it already was close to the closing hour and I needed to arrange rates, we found the solution with Mrs. Herbst from the info stand, to keep the things i chose to buy, which some of them had a discount, at the info stand, inside my buying basket, so i could come the next day untill 18:00 to complete my purchase with rates. The next day i arrived at Saturn just after 16:00 and asked for my basket, it was gone, so was the discount. I found it really rude that none of the employees seemed to care about this fail of customer service and that for that exact disappointment i no longer wanted to buy anything from Saturn. Instead I recieved the comment that "normal people come early if they want to arrange rates" These people have to learn the basics of Customer Service, to really just do their job. But it was pretty obvious that the Management there does not value professionalism, instead only quick and big sales

  Bought a TV from here. The staff were really helpful and had good level of English and explained in fine detail on each product. The whole sale from start to finish was smooth and quick. Definitely buy other products from here in future.
