::If you need some electronics and it is just buy and pick up everything is fine and you will not encounter any problems, thus i give it a 4 star rating. If you buy electronics and it doesnt function/ breaks within a year or so you will have to explain what happened over and over and over and over and over again to every single person there. It felt like they were testing us how long they could send us to other people in the hopes that we would just leave. It was a very rude experience so the "customer service is non-existant".. lack of professionalism. so for that part i will give it a 1 star
